I only run these short Delrin tips from RTD vapor. I need my teeth :)

They do seem to hit harder and no chance of shorting on a stray wire or post in RBA

Metal drip tips are going to absorb a LOT more heat away from the vapor. The voltage is unaffected, but the net result is the same as a slight increase in power.

Well... The voltage is unaffected if the drip tip isn't in the circuit.

If the drip tip is in the circuit, you're in the circuit too :)

Happened to me with a badly coiled Igo-L. It doesn't hurt, but it's a bit of a surprise.
