Drip Tips Don't fit My 510's

I've tried several atty's. From NHaler and TW. These just don't fit! Am I the only person having this problem? I had to use vice grips (literally) to get it on. I had the same problem (not as bad) on the original drip tips I bought. How can my atty's be smaller than everyone else's? I just don't get it but these don't work for me.

Try putting some liquid on the o-ring, and if that doesn't work you can always place a smaller o-ring on....I forget which # people were saying? Someone will chime in.

Though the tip fits both the 901 and 510, it is tighter on the 510 then the 901 and some 510's worse then others. Lick them before inserting and twist and push when inserting, don't push them straight in. If 510's is all you use, shoot me your address in PM and i'll get you out some #47 orings and some #36 orings (even smaller yet) to try. You can also find these at lowes or homedepot ten for two bucks in the plumbing section, brand name danco.

Believe it or not, it's not the o-ring that's the problem. The actual body of the drip tip won't go in.

Very interesting. It could be a mismachined batch of tips(i just got in a new batch last week) or i suppose it could be the atomizers. Any chance you'd be willing to send me one of those atomizers it won't fit into with the tips, i can turn your tip down to fit perfectly. My apologies for the inconvenience.

I'll send it back to you, along with one of my atomizers. I'm really curious as to why it doesn't fit.
