Drip tips?

Hi, I use drip tips all the time with my 808's, but I just use 'em to hold between my teeth and keep my mouth off of the hot. Plus, they look cool. Oh, do not drip while using auto batts. You could drown 'em. DripTips for Vapor4Life 808D Electronic Cigarette Cartomizers I have a couple of these.
I just ordered one of these today myself. Looking forward to giving it a try. Not necessarily to allow dripping without opening, but like DLSW said, just to hold it in my teeth.
Exactly. It helps to keep it steady when I am driving and as an ex smoker, I chew on stuff and this keeps me from chewing up the cartos.
I got used to holding my cig between my teeth because the wind would take it away. When I first switched to vaping, I cut the end out of one of the condoms and slipped it back over the end of the cart, just so I could continue doing that.
I've become pretty good at holding it in my lips now, but drop it every now and then. I hope the drip tip fixes that.

I have like 25 driptips, they're awesome for distinguishing between flavors, and they're extremely fun looking. I also use flush fitting driptips to get cartos through tight o-rings on tanks. Oh and sometimes I use them for their actual purpose on atomizers lol.
I have about 10 and also use them to help distinguish flavors, ( but mostly match them to my batteries or cartos). All of mine are acrylic. I only tried the delrin once and it tasted funky to me.
I believe that was a mis-type.
Drip tips are for several purposes, I wondered what they were for at 1st to. Here are a few reasons why most people use them:
Dripping juice into an atomizer without having to remove anything.
As a mouth piece to keep the heat from your lips when using an atomizer or carto.
As a mouthpiece for comfort.
As a mouthpiece for mod tanks.
Distinguish between flavors in different ecigs or cartos
Decoration.
Just got my Delrin Drip top today. popped out the end cap, and popped this in. I think I like it! Definitely easier to hold in my teeth... and, (don't call me crazy)... I swear I'm getting more vapor. Perhaps a psychological thing? (which by definition, would make me crazy, right?)
So far, liking it!
EDIT: Ok, confirmed, I am getting more vapor with the Drip tip. not sure why. I grabbed a new cart this afternoon, and didn't have anything to pop out the cap with. So had to use it without the Drip Tip for an hour or so. Was very aggravating, as I couldn't get my "hit". Soon as I got home, popped the Drip Tip into it, and voila... luxurious vapor! HAHA!
So far, liking it!

Love these things, I use em to drip(even though I take them off to drip) or use them on a carto . If you haven't tried the "ming" or "vase" shape drip tips grab a couple up they are by far my fav.
Thanks guys, I'm gonna definitely check about the vapor production. I don't have any problems holding the cig in my mouth warranting their use because I can normally just hold it anyways. The vapour production I had hypothesized from the wider opening, but hearing some experience helped me out there.
I just ordered 2 of them yesterday...I mostly use cartos but wanted a drip tip so I don't have to pop that little white rubber cap on and off all the time when refilling my cartos. I will also use one for dripping as well. I want more than 2 but for now I ordered a metal one and a plastic one to see which I like having better.
