Drip Tips ????

Hey folks,

Still quite new at all of this, but have the basic equipment down for what I need right now (2 Ego Twists, 1 Zmax and a bunch of Vivi Nova tanks). Problem is all the massive amounts of juice I'm getting and a good, fast way to try them without loading a atty and all involved to clean each between flavors.


I have a bunch of new juice coming (about 20 different ones) to comliment the dozen or so I have now.

I suspect what I need is a "drip" type device to work with my 510 stuff above. Can anyone suggest what I need? I get the atty and carto stuff, but the drip stuff does not make sense to me, nor what I can order to use primarily as a test device.

see if you can find a bridgeless atomizer for dripping. Any of the vendors you're familiar with will probably have one (I'm never sure the rules on saying the names of vendors on ECF).

At the shop I go to out here they use normal 510 atomizers for dripping and trying out all the different flavors. Basically what you do is put the atty on your battery and drip juice straight onto the coil. Put your drip tip on the atty directly then puff till its dry then move onto the next flavor.

Still new myself mate but I had a 510 and I just dripped a few drops into the atty and put an empty cart on top. Works ok for three or four drags. Found this out on here. Just put another flavour in after that is used.

most vendors carry 510 bridgless atomizers for around $5.

My personal favorite for trying new flavors is a 306 atomizer with a 306 drip tip from Avid Vapor (cisco spec) 1.5 ohm. You can even get a 2 pack with a free drip tip. I would get the XL Delrin black, unless you like juice in your mouth. Plus you can even put an ego cone on with it and it pokes out the top. But lots of vendors have them, those are just the best IMO and bridgeless is best so you don't get residual flavor in the mesh. Also Texas Select Vapor has Flavor Flush, a mix of PGA and PG to clean between flavors. Water takes longer to dry, when you are quickly moving from flavor from flavor. You can also make your own, I never do because I usually end up drinking all the Everclear (PGA = Pure Grain Alcohol) burp.

OK, so you get a plain old atomizer and put it on your battery. You put a drip tip in the top. The drip tip is just a mouthpiece so you are not stove piping the atomizer. The drip tip has a largish hole in the center so that you can drip 3 or 4 drops of e-juice down through, directly onto your atomizer and then vape it. When you want to switch flavors/juices, unscrew the atomizer and blow through the drip tip into a paper towel or napkin. This will blow the excess unvaped juice out the bottom of your atomizer so you can start all over again. The real joy of doing this is that the vapor production and flavors you get are more intense and unfiltered.

I second what Dan Patrick has stated. I also use Cisco Spec LR 306 atomizers. It's great for dripping. Two drops can get 4-7 puffs of great flavor and vapor. YMMV. Happy vaping!
