Yes you can. Your Ego twist is a 510 threaded device and so any 510 threaded atomizer will work fine. The only other thing you need is a drip tip (510 size). If you want to you can add either an EGO cone or a drip shield but that isn't necessary.

I use one of those regularly when I'm sitting at the computer. Dripping really isn't convenient for me in most other situations. You don't "need" a cone unless you want to dress up the look a little bit.

I'd use a regular eGo cone or a drip shield - the protank cone is cosmetic - no seal like the others.

And the 510-t atty comes in 1.8ohm and 2.2 ohm - both good but you might like the 1.8ohm one for dripping... unless you have light flavors.
