Dripper suggestions.

Depends on how much you want to spend. There are many options out there. I would suggest getting an adjustable dripper made for building singles and duals. That way if you want to build dual coils in the future, you are good to go.
If you don't mind buying clones, you can pick up several different options in that price range. I always research a bunch and see what fits my needs. What I like might not work for you. Just do some Google searches for different options and see what fits your needs.
I'm very happy with my Igo-W. No clone - you can get the genuine article for about $15. 3 posts so you can build dual coils if you want to, but I don't. Singles work great.
+1 Ive been using a Trident for the past two months. It has enough room to support my builds, and I cannot complain!
I started out on the igo-L because they were simple. I have just started using the Kayfun Lite and although it was easy to rebuild I was expecting a bit more since I had read so many positive reviews. The best dripper as far a convenience would have to be my Vision Eternity. 35 drops go along way. The ultimate dripping as far as I am concerned is the rm2 on top of a reo grand. I just don't think it is possible to get any better than this. 6ml's always there for me. Good luck to you with a tough decision since there are so many. It fun though trying different things and that is what it is all about. 
I like the Trident. Right now I am vaping on a 3D clone, though. It's better than I expected.
The Omega is a dual coil cloud chucker. It doesn't seem like that's what you want. I would suggest the Storm A or its clone, the Cloud A. The Atomic might be a good choice as well.
