Between .4-.5 ohms On my igow4 on my smoktech extender. I only have one mech setup. I kept buying stuff and I haven't felt the need for something new since I got this setup 2 months ago(which is a miracle). I'm perfectly content with this setup and it was fairly inexpensive. I find myself using less and less cotton till now my cotton is fully dense at 3 drops on each coil. I've got the airflow just right.

I tend to jump back and forth from my Helios rda @ .30-.34 ohms with either 6 wrap 26awg (I wrap the 26 on a large safety pin, for smaller diameter) or 5 wraps on a 1/8" screwdriver with 24awg and my trident v1 clone with a single 26awg parallel coil @ 5 wraps. I like center post builds for perfect wicks and always use Graham's cellucotton as a wick! If you haven't tried rayon wick, you are missing out on perfect flavor til it's bone dry, and extended juice capacity! Shout out @JeremyR for the discovery!

The parallel coil is about .3-.35 ohms as well so I suppose that's my sweet spot!

32-ga kanthal, 5 *well-separated* but evenly spaced wraps around a 3 mm single-strand silica wick - both ends of the wick going around the atty and in contact with the juice, around 1.6 ohms. Totally unimaginative, but very quick to set up and yields very good results.

I sometimes use more sophisticated setups, but they work 10% better for 300% more work. Being lazy, I tend to stick to the aforementioned setup.

EDIT: oh yeah I forgot: I only use small, single-coil atomizers (A7, mini-A7, Smok Mini RDA...) Small chamber = big flavor.

I love the way both of those RDAs look! I am contemplating on getting the Atty over the Zenith because of pricing mostly. Most places seem to have the Atty for about $10-15 cheaper, but maybe it is just the few places I have looked.

I am getting 24g and more 28g Kanthal in the mail today, I have been reading and looking around at 24g builds and am not sure what to try out first. I know that it is much lower resistance, but have usually just been running dual micro coils (wrapped on 1/16 or 5/32 screwdrivers). I want to do something that will make my juice last longer... I went through like 50ml this weekend... thats just crazy...

This has been my sweet spot for a while. If I'm on my Segelie 20w then .9 (because although it is said to go to .6 in the specs nothing under .9 has ever worked for me)

And if I'm on my mech then .6

I've been spoiled and can no longer vape above one ohm as there isn't enough heat for my tastes. :D

I finally settled on a nice set up that I vape on. I have a 3-D running with a dual coil .4 ohm twisted 26g kanthal with organic cotton. I love the 3-D because it is a dual atty. It has a small tank that I hold my menthol mix that I mostly vape but it is also a dripper that I use for flavor juices without having to empty the tank or getting the juices mixed together.

The 3-D is not easy to build on when you first get it but once you get the hang of it and discover the tricks it is a great everyday atty.

Awesome flavor and throat hit. Not to harsh not to light, just right.

For dripping? Penicillin all the way!

.24 or .26ga duals usually at .4 ohms is my favorite. Quasar, Stillare or Zenith v2 are my go to drippers ...but I like the Helios build deck. Only problem is I hate the top cap. So, I took an RSST top cap, drilled out 2-1/8th airholes and use it instead. Works fantastic. I also swapped all my Stingray switches with Nemesis switches....that works great too.

24g kanthal 4/5 wraps at ~.18-.22 for me.
Tobh Atty V2 clone. Using the clear cap with the holes turned into 1 slot.

Perfect combination of heat, flavor, and vapor for my tastes.

Just tried out the 'sleeper build' which from what I understand is just dual micro coils made with 1 wire.
I do see a difference though only using one wire. It's harder to build but worth it in my opinion.
