I don't understand dripping, well i get that your dripping e-juice directly onto the atomizer to get a "fresh" puff every time. But the drip tip's i don't get, is it in place of the cart and allows you to drip onto the atomizer more accurately?

So correct me if I'm wrong, If I was using a e-cig with a drip tip, I would have my battery, atomizer, and drip tip and I'd drip e-juice threw where I pull from and it will drip down onto the atomizer so i get a nice hit every time?

With a drip tip I would not have to disassemble anything to add more juice correct?

I'm dripping right now using a drip tip/low resistance atty/eGo. I have gotten juice in my mouth twice tonight while doing so, but it's because I didn't wait a second and let the juice get out of the drip tip. When I was a atty/cart user, I seem to recall getting juice in my mouth quite often...so...yeah, but this is actually awesome if you give it a second to work correctly. I love not having to mess with a cartridge. When I don't want to drip or can't, I go with a 510 cartomizer. But if you're going to drip, a drip tip is a must...and the LR attys are rocking my world. :)

The tips funnel the liquid to the atty. Blow gently into the tip before adding drops because vapor sometimes 'sits' in the tip and instead of the liquid going to the atty, you can get a mouthful. You quickly get used to it and it takes a nanosecond to do. Love my pretty drip tips. I never use the carts anymore.

but as much as i vape, i would have to drip, vape, drip, vape, every 30 seconds. surely one drop vaporizes pretty quickly off a heated atty! and i doubt you actually drip a bunch of drops on the atty bridge if you drip...still kinda dont get it.
also i need to find out what this LR (low resistance atty) is all about....been lazy about researching it.

Correct. The drip tip centers the ejuice drops so it lands directly on the bridge of the atty. You just drip it through there and take a hit.

I haven't timed it, but I rarely vape more than 3 drips at a time. 3 drips is good on a 510 if you've previously vaped it to the point where the flavor gets weak or tastes burnt. Depending on the juice, that point of weak flavor just before it tastes burnt can be hard to detect. I find that if I stick to one flavor for a while, it gets easier. Anyway, 3 drips seems to be about like having a smoke was -- for me, and sometimes I'll drip another couple and vape some more before I'm finished having a "smoke".

Other than not having to mess with fillers etc. with cartridges, I like the simplicity of dripping. I just keep my juice bottle in my pocket. Or, if I'm intending on keeping myself on a leash -- such as when I'm taking a break at work -- I just drip 2 or 3 drops and vape that. I used to get irritated when I'd head outside for a break, only to have to back and get a fresh cartridge. I'd never trust a capped cartridge not to leak a bit in my pocket.
