dripping flooding

seems like every time i drip now i get a flooded atomizer! im not sure if my alcohol baths are causing this but it keeps happening help!

Blow the atomizer out real good...and start again. Only put in about 3 or 4 drops. If it tastes awful...add 1 or two drops and try again.

Every atomizer will have a slightly different tolerance. What style atty are you using?

maybe after the soaking a slight dry burn may help.the % of alcohol or length of time you let it set may make a difference

i am using a 510 on my ego... it works well for a bit then starts to lose draw and tastes burnt so i keep adding juice then it floods

could also be the juice i am using
it is a light flavor from totally wicked called real tabs

+1 on letting it sit before hitting it. Right now I'm dripping 100% VG. When I start to taste it running out, I'll put 3 drops in and set it down for a minute or two before resuming.

Also practice makes perfect . I've got to where I can just feel the vapor getting real thick and know I'm low. Add 2 drops and keep going full steam. It's taken me about 2 weeks of nearly all-day dripping to really get the hang of it.

I had the same problem with a couple atomizers after giving them an alcohol bath. One of them I only let dry overnight thinking it would be enough time. After having flooding trouble the next day I blew it out and let it sit another day. The next day it worked really well.

I'm vaping 100% VG with my 510 and this is unusual but one drop gives me perfect plumes of vapor. I only get about 7 or 8 but they are HUGE puffs!! It never goes dry or gets flooded anymore

You haven't said anything about how many drops you are using and when.

A completely cleaned or blown out standard 510 atomizer needs about 4 or 5 drops to get saturated.
After that you should put in no more than 2 or 3 drops whenever it needs more.

I'd suggest blowing it out and starting over using the above instructions.

It's worth adding that the viscosity of your juice can be a factor in flooding/clogging your atty. As a dripper, I find that the clearer, thinner liquids tend to work the best. Right now, I'm dripping with grandpa's mix from topvapor (madvapes) and it has never flooded or clogged on me.

the next morning after drying my atomizer ill put 6 drops and that usually does the trick for getting it goin when dry. then 2 to 3 drops after. im going to try a different liquid and see how that goes. im waiting on my xl lr atomizers to try carts with my liquids.

I had the same problem too for a long time. Keep working at it. Eventually you will get the feel of when its too much
