So I have a couple of twists and I plan to order the vivi nova for all day use, however I'm quit sure one can't drip with a tank. Should I order something like a boge catamizer for dripping, and do the 510 drip tips screw on to the end of the boge? Is there a specific boge I should order or another brand that would work better for strictly dripping?

Hey there. No you can't drip with a tank. Or a cartomizer for that matter, on a carto you drip drops into the filler to saturate it and then vape. If you want to get into dripping you'll need to get an atomizer, with these you just drip a couple drops in and vape. Kind of a pain but the flavor is awesome :) As for drip tips I'm sure there are some that screw on. But normally they just pop onto the top of any 510 carto/atty/tank. Hope this helps, sure someone else will be along to help ya too.

Yep. I drip with standard joye 510 atties.

There's a lot of hubbub about "dripping atty" vs "standard atty" but either works. Don't de-wick a standard atty or any such nonsense. De-wicking makes a standard atty hold less juice, breaks up the silica wicks, and risks ruining the atomizer...IMO.

You can look up "bonuts" for an interesting read.

I'm a dripping idiot. I just can't seem to get the perfect amount to drip. I tried alot of things from expensive atties to cheap ones, to using a dripshield (AVA, hybrid mesh/wick, Aero, Joye 510, nameless 510s, 306, bridgeless 306), and still failed in a spectacular fashion. I usually end up flooding the atty, getting the gurgles; if I drop less, dry scratchy throat hit :(

If the words rebuildable and tinkering don't scare you, I would suggest the 8 dollar Phoenix clone from discountvapers.com seem to be the most forgiving, imho, in terms of just drip it in, press button, and fire away. Stock coil on these are passable (I tend to rebuild mine right away), try it anyway. If it taste funky, boil it for a couple mins, let it dry completely and try again.

I just used a 510 1.7 ohm LR atty, and a brass drip tip, don't think you'll find a screw on tip like what is on a clearomizer for instance because the atty's themselves aren't threaded. It's hassle enough to pop off the tip and drip without having to waste more time screwing one on and off. With a new atty blow the primer out, put in 6 drops puff a few hits, then take a drag. It should taste fine. When the vape taste seems a bit off ad 3 drops. Get a drip shield too. When I leave the house I take my Reo Grand with me, a bottom feeder, hassle free dripping taste. The battery & bottle last all day EASY. The 306 and HH357 are supposed to be good or better, I just haven't had a chance to try them.

Thanks everyone,
I think I have a good idea of everything I need. I'm ordering a bunch of vapping hardware from china, but have to get everything I need in one order to make it worth the large order discount.
They Sell joye 510 atomizers in standard and low resistance and the mega xl in standard resistance only. Am I correct in thinking these are just personal preferences or is one better then the others for dripping?
