I'm sure I inhaled some toxins that will kill me way before smoking some of this juice will..my dad had a auto body shop and I did a lot of work on cars over the years..from detailing them-replacing engines..not to mention I work on eletronics at times including soldering..I'm not too worried lol...

There is a lot of info about vg producing some very toxic compound when heated to a certain temperature.

That temp is well below the burning temp.

I doubt many here care where the FDA stands really..the FDA should just put out warnings and stop trying to ban things..they are not there to ban things just because they think it's not safe...

This may be safe with 0 mg nic juice !!! Where do you think the FDA stands on this ?

Burning VG and PG and Flavorants is a Bad Idea. But then again so was Smoking Analogs.

If a person wants to "Smoke" e-Liquids, more power to them.

I'm vaping to stay Away from all the Crap that is caused when things Burn.

But thats just Me.

It's not only you. This ^^^ times 10 (OK, well... times 2 anyway).

Also, look up "acrolein" and the production thereof here on ECF. For example: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-liquid-discussion/248089-vg-acrolein.html

Also, the flavorings aren't intended to be burned as far as I know (well many of them aren't anyway).

I know cigs contain some PG and/or VG and flavoring too. But sheesh. I'm vaping to avoid all that burnt crap.

I first read the title of this thread yesterday and thought to myself WTH would anyone want to do that for? Needless to day I only made it through a couple of post and went on to something else. Today I set aside my hypocrisy and remembered some of the things that I've done in the past so to each his/her own. I have nothing to add to this dicussion as dripping eLiquid on a analog is the furthest thing from my mind right now.

On the other hand...

Yeah... I have done quite a bit of reading on this Subject in Regards to How Hot an Atomizer Wire can get durning Normal and Dry Vaping.

And the last line of your post Sums up my Point of View Exactly.

But some people want to do Crazy Things Like put PG|VG Based e-Liquids Chucked Full of Flavorings and Colorants onto Analogs and then Smoke them.

But If that's what Floats their Boat, Who Am I to Stop Them?

I am not trying to stop anyone, just think if you are thinking about doing this, you should really read up on the info out there and make an informed decision.

I personally would absolutely NEVER do this based on what I have read.

Also I would like to see some kind of source/reference for any kind of VG/PG put into analog cigarettes, that sounds like utter bs to me.

Flavoring yes, pg/vg don't think so.

Also flavorings that are DESIGNED to be added to a smoking material are another matter entirely, and have in fact been used in hookah tobacco for ages.

There is a ton of info on the forum about VG and the dangers of it producing extremely toxic compounds (ie: way more toxic then anything in cigs) when heated a bit above what our attys do, and here you guys are lighting it on fire and inhaling it!

I am all for the Darwin awards, but I don't know if our community needs to be a part of it.

Look at any flavoring on the market tobacco flavoring included.... All are in a pg base .... Pg is in cigarettes bottom line pg is in almost everything very inert chemical....
