If you overfilled or pulled too hard you could have gotten some juice behind the cap at the mouth end. Take an extended paperclip and put it in the hole and pop off that small cap. Wipe out any e-liquid and start again. Some cartridges have an inner ring in there be sure to see that it is straight and not sitting sideways. They don't all have that inner ring. Trim the filler fiber down a bit to get rid of any loose fibers.

i had that problem my first day. I was twisting the cartridge which made the polyfill twist onto the bridge of the atty
Carts are a waist of time in my opinion, Drip Drip Drip, however if your gonna vape get use to tasting a bit of the liquid on your tongue it's gonna happen, only way you may get less is if you use cartos but even with those you can get some on your tongue
lol, mwa. If you are agitated at this point you can just take out the filler and set it to the side. Drip 3 drops directly onto the mesh of the atomizer and put the empty cart on and take a few puffs. When it starts to loose flavor or taste a bit off and less vapor, drip again.
+1 one on the carts. Never sat well with me. Never could get them to wick well, especially after the first use or so.
Strong flavors will for sure stick around for a while. If you are switching between tobacco flavors though, you're probably good.
Did you get a drip tip? If you're using an empty cart as your drip tip, you may run into the same problem with juice in your mouth unless you do as HzG8rGrl said and clean the juice out of the cart. I take the tip off and use a Q-tip to sop up any juice that got in there.
As a general rule (there is no "rule," but...) you should drip 3 drops and that should be good for about 6-8 puffs. When the taste changes or the vapor drops off, drip again.
Ego willl get the job done. Amount of puffs is up to you. You'll really just have to put up with whatever taste you get while mixing flavors until you either clean the atty, or just let some time go by. You can take the atty off and blow it out into a paper rag to speed up the process a bit. But like I said, some flavors are real strong. So maybe just have a seperate atty for them. How many extra atty's do you got? If only 1 or 2, I'd order some pretty quick. Sucks to have to wait once you start doing good on setting down the analogs.
All I ever do to mine is blow them out like I mentioned above. There are several diff cleaning methods. Maybe do a search on the forum, or wait a bit and someone will help you out if you want to go beyond just blowing them out. Since I never do it, I don't want to steer you wrong.
