I'm sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but I have to ask lol. I just starting dripping (2 drips directly on atty) to avoid the hassle of filling carts. My question is: "Is there a set time I need to start vaping the juice I just dripped on the atty?" If I let it sit there for 5 minutes or so, would it flood the atomizer or clog it up and make it sticky or something?

Thanks!

Just a couple of drops should be fine, and I start vaping right away, but you don't have to. I drip, hit a couple of times, and just hold it atty up. I have laid it down and vaped it again a couple of minutes later without any problems. Honestly, I just started dripping occasionally, so my inexperience might be showing. If I'm not doing it right, I hope someone will correct me.

From what I was told, you should wait a few seconds to allow the juice a long enough time to make it's way into the atty so you're not hitting it dry..bad for atty!

I do let it soak in for a couple seconds, but that's not my concern. Let me give a hypothetical scenario.

8:00AM - I drip 2 drops directly on atty
8:01AM - I realize I'm going to be late for something and set the ecig down for an HOUR or more.

Would this hurt the atty?

That shouldn't hurt the atty at all. If you were using a cart and laid it down for a while, even all night while you're sleeping, it's the same thing.

I agree, this forum has been a life saver for me, vaping is still so new it is good to have somewhere to go to get questions answered and you know the people you are talking to have been in your situation as well. ECF is a great place with many good people all willing to help each other navigate our way through our vaping experience.

I had to sit here and think for a min about how much i drip and when i drip.. Never really paid attention, but i know every time i do drip i put 3 drops in, and from there im ussually good for hrm idk 10min or more.. It's enough that i just put it down before it dry's up.. I finally bought a new atty and it came in the mail today, been using it for just over 5 months dripping.. The weirdest thing is when i first started vaping, i went through an atty once every 10 days or so, now this one i didn't even clean or anyting hahah.. once you get into a pattern/habit your atty will wear itself into your vaping pattern
