what do u mean by inner cart.
Dripping is putting juice directly on the atomizer.
Then put your cartridge on, without anything in it.
Thats all.
I generally use, about 4 drops on the atomizer.

Most people use just the mouthpiece sans a cart when they drip. (you dont mention your e-cig model... I'm referring to the 510 and 801)
I do, on occasion , leave the cart on the mouthpiece and remove the poly fill from the cart. No particular reason for this, other than what I happen to pick up off the desk first. <g>
Thank you for all your answers, just wanted to make sure I was doing it right..and I was leaving the white core in but will take that out..I am using Blu, no bashing please as I am happy with them..
