You can get a 510 dripping atomizer that can screw into a 510 connection... I use them because they are cheap (10$ or less), no need to rebuild them, and its great for trying out different juices.. only thing is they don't hold a ton of juice.. usually like 3-4 drops. (they might sell bigger ones now, its been awhile since I looked for them)

You cannot attach a dripper to a tank like an iclear/protank like you are suggesting.. it would be a separate device.. and most drippers are the rebuildable kind.. so if you dont want to get into any of that.. try out a dripping atomizer.

A 510 drip tip is really just the mouth piece that can be used on most 510 threaded toppers. These will definitely fit Viva Novas and Protanks. I believe the iclear 30's drip tips aren't interchangeable even though they are 510 threaded so you'll be stuck with the stock tip. Like BostonVape said, you'll want to purchase a dripping atomizer. I purchased an HH 357 and couldn’t be happier. They are a little pricey but the vape and flavor are out of this world and they last a long time.

Karbomb is correct - a "drip tip" is just what they call the nozzle you put in your mouth when you're vaping. The 510 part is the connection standard. Most devices use the 510 opening, so 510 drip tips are almost universal.

If you want to try dripping, you can get some disposable 510 dripping atomizers like Boston mentioned. That will taste about like using a normal 510 atty on your device, but you can easily switch flavors without having to use up or dump a whole tank of juice first.

For big vapor or big flavor, most drippers use a rebuildable atomizer (so instead of just tossing it when the coil goes bad or changing a cartridge like in the tanks you have now, you build it yourself - wrap some wire around something, screw it into the device, and stick some cotton inside the coil). That's *usually* what people are talking about when they discuss dripping around here. The Igo-W or Igo-S are good starter choices there, and they're under $20. Wire is about $6 for 100 feet (you use about 3 inches when you build a coil) and you can wick with sterile cotton balls from the drugstore. You can learn more about building coils on the rebuildable atomizers subforum here and/or search youtube for the Igo models.
