Second time i cleaned the atomizer 4 times and refilled. i lost like 3 or 4 mg of e liquid. What is wrong? I on ly cleaned the atomizer i dont know what else to do. Its new.

By "dripping", do you mean that it's leaking? If so, where is the leaking originating from on the tank? The mouthpiece, at the connection to the battery, or from the sides of the tank where the metal meets the plastic part?

Your device is what is commonly known as an "eGo battery", very popular as a beginner device. The top part holding the e-liquid is called a tank or "clearomizer". These can either be "disposable" tanks, or they can be designed to allow the coil/wick to be exchanged for a new one. Disposable tanks only last 2 - 4 weeks and then must be disposed of. Tanks which use replaceable coils can last for months; the coils may last 2 - 4 weeks when they begin to make a burnt taste or decrease in vapor, and then replacement coils can be exchanged.

Some e-liquid flavors may cause plastic tanks to degrade and then leak. Something Safe for Cinnamon & Citrus Flavors.

Leaking from any tank can be caused from user error (over-filling, underfilling, not tightening the pieces tight enough or too tightly), poor quality build of the tank itself, or improper draw (puff) technique. A word on vaping technique. A very small amount of e-liquid or vapor condensation may accumulate in the mouthpiece or on the connector between the tank and battery -- which is normal.

Hopefully this helps. :)
