I purchased a brass shorty tip for a Reo and the fit and functionality was superb. So I wanted to purchase a specific shape and color that was not listed for some other tanks. I had several back and forth emails with Brian and was able to basically design my own tip to meet my needs. There was no up charge; the ease to do this and the level of one on one customer service was commendable. It was definitely not something I expected or had experienced. My emails were answered almost immediately and he was accommodating in every respect.
