The safest route is to trash the batt and get another one. The alternative is to try testing it in ways that would make you feel good about its safety. How do you do that?
Four feet onto a very hard surface ... I would toss it. I realize it's not visibly damaged, but it's an ICR with all the protection systems in it that could be damaged by the fall and it's not IMR (safer) chemistry ... Ya, the more I think about it the more sure I'm becoming that I would replace it.
