Dropped my provari, how to get it fixed?

I have dropped my Provari and was wondering if anyone know where/how I can get it fixed? I purchased it at provapes less then a year ago, I have been to their website but can't seem to find the info I need, any help would be great. It still works, its just seperated a little at the top. Thanks
