Dropping mg all ready?????

I just started vaping around three weeks ago and I thought I would start of with 36mg and slowly wean myself off the nicotine completely. I haven't even finished the first order and all ready the 36 is way too much.
I can't believe how easy this is. I might become an ex-smoker for real this time. Is it possible that in a couple of weeks I could be off the nicotine completely????
Only problem is I had all these 36mg carts......luckily I ordered one for my brother and my Aunt so they won't go to waste.
Even still.....cautiously....Yahh me!!!!!
So happy I found this site I want to cry.
No more smelly hands and clothes, I mean I used to wake up after not smoking analogs all night and the smell would be oozing out of my palms even after washing them.
My cat doesn't run away from me when I vape, but my bulldog has mad crazy gas. LOL!!!
(I still love love love the peppermint flavors, so I'll be ordering 0mg from now on, okay maybe 8 don't want to jump the gun)
And I did 45 mins of p90x...whoda thunk it!!!

Slow and easy now... you can make your goal, but take it nice and easy. :)

I know that one about waking up and having the cigs permeating your whole body. I hated waking up and having my mouth taste like I just smoked a cigarette - now I just have plain old morning breath.

And the monster farts? Yeah, sure, it was the dog... that's right, that's the ticket, the dog farted! LOL! :)

Its fun to see you so excited. Congrats on your 3 weeks of vaping ! We are all different so no one can tell you exactly how fast you may be able to quit vaping nicotine if that is your wish. 36 mg is a higher level than many of us start with. 24 mg being the more common starting point, although there are some that start lower and some that start higher. To hear that 36 mg is now too high for you comes as no surprise but to find you can easily jump from there to 0 mg nic on a regular basis would come as a surprise. If you can do it, GREAT, but don't feel disappointed if you need to take the next few months to more slowly work your way down the nic pathway. Many here do zero nic (or 6 mg) part of their day when they are chain vaping and a higher strength other parts of their day. I think its a good thing to do different strengths different times of the day. Good Luck!

36mg is really high - good idea to go down before you get used to 36mg. I think you can do it. Having flavors I like and just being able to vape is a large part of satisfaction for me.

I don't let myself vape constantly. After 6 weeks I started buying all of my liquids one step lower (12mg instead of 18mg). When I had all of my faves and some new interesting ones in 12mg, on Saturday I boxed up the 18mg and brought out the 12mg and just vaped a bit extra to smooth the transition. It was real easy. The only thing I really noticed is less TH, but I have my fave flavors and it was fine. I am already planning/stocking my drop to 6mg. Since that's a 50% drop I will probably mix some 9mg out of my leftover 12mg liquids (mix same liquid in 6mg or 0mg with them) then go 6mg a week or 2 after that.
