1) what exactly is dry burning and how do you do it?

2) I think I did a dry burn on my ego perhaps(?), and everytime I pressed the battery button, the coil turned red hot. Is that normal? (Seeing as my DSE801's coil never turned red when I pressed it)

I let me atty's dry all day and will be trying to use them again tomorrow. Last time I tried them I could get any vaper from them.

Hello, yes to above, but I would never keep the battery going that long....That is just me...For me, I just take my attys out at night and blow through the large opening over a paper towel and the excess juice in the atty comes out through the end that is screwed into the battery...Then I wipe the screwed end with the paper towel and ensure the two holes are clear....Let sit and in the morning, just connect to the battery, add a couple of drops of juice in the atty, add your cart and continue on.....For me this has been working since Feb with my Ego (510 attys)...Yes, also use LR attys for my Ego.....Enjoy the Adventure....
