Dry Burning LR510?

Do you people dry burn LR510's? Looking to clean some of my attys with the Polident/dry burn method. Just making sure before I try.

Edit: I did search, but found nothing really definitive.

Yup. Mainly I blow them out each night. If they are needing a good cleaning I use hot tap water, blow out really good, then dry burn. I do this with LR510's and LR306. I am not a big believer in Alcohol, Polident, coke or whatever.

Great, thanks for the reply. I have been blowing them out regularly. I will try burning them once in a while as well then. Just hold the button for 3 seconds, let it cool - repeat til it quickly turns red? I've watched youtube vids and read some threads and it seems that's all there is to it.

i clean mine in vodka. i don't like to dry burn my LRs because there kinda week to begin with. dry burning them just weakens them more...imo..... if you've ever seen the carto condom filling method than just use that concept for cleaning with vodka. i fill a cart condom with vodka and push the aty about half way in2 it then just squeeze the condom part n that pumps the vodka through the atty. then just blow the atty out n let it dry... at least thats what works for me......
wow when i read this i cant help but feel its a little "dirty"
