Atty getting too hot.

Your atty is dry...pull out the cartridge and put 2 drops of liquid on it...If you are chain vaping, the filler is not being given time to "wick" the liquid down to the atty.
Check the filler...it should look almost "slushy"....
Occasionally the carts will be a little long...you can trim it a tiny bit....but it really sounds like you are just hitting it too much .

First stop hitting it so hard...lol....what type of batt and atty? Do you have more than one? Try the cartomizers, the carts can be a pita to keep filling....
If you have some straight pg or vg, put some drops in and let soak for a minute or two, then blow out...that may help, but you need to not let it get so hot that it melts anything....
