simple question (i hope) from a fairly new vaper. as of now im only using ego batteries and i do have the new spinner batter too.. i mostly use kanger evod2 tanks and kanger T3D. my question is why do I sometimes get these dry hits like there is no ejuice in the tank? how can I correct this problem?

Sometimes the juice just doesn't wick properly. I'm not familiar with those two clearos but if the heads have exposed wicks you can try fluffing them a bit with a pin before putting them in the tank. Other than that, try to occasionally take a pull without firing your battery, to suck juice into the wick.

The dry hits are a wicking problem, but there can be different causes. The heads (the replaceable part at the bottom) might be dirty and need cleaning or replacing; juices high in vg are thicker and sometimes don't wick well; sometimes clearos, especially glass ones, get fussy if ambient temperature is too hot or cold. Perhaps you could describe what happens with your gear in more detail.

you might need to replace the coils (we started out with those) OR if they're a couple tanks in, soak them in really hot water or some sort of clear booze, to "recycle" you can unscrew it and if the lil cotton tags out of the bottom of the coil are dark brown that's probably your issue.

I haven't used those tanks but I do get the same thing with my Kayfun Lite. Sometimes the wick just isn't keeping up with my vaping and I have to take a few air hits (draw without firing) to re-prime the wick.
Both the T3D and evod2 are dual coils. I found them even worse than the original Kanger heads for dry hits.
I was sent some to review. The review never happened. They need lots of power to work well, and then dry-hit on you from a great height, like a Pigeon dropping it's....
If you can live with vaping them at low power, they are fine.

With the store bought coil heads, I used a fingernail to "fluff" the end of the wick. Yea, and taking a draw without power did help. Just don't take long hits or a lot of them at once. You just want to draw liquid into the coil area.
