Dry throat / Menthol

I know this is an old topic, but I have recently experienced a constant dry throat. Some say is due the PG, other say is the VG. However, I've noticed that this dry throat issue might be related to the menthol flavor.

The past days I have only used menthol liquids. I've also noticed that even drinking lots of water this problem just wont go away, affecting my sleep, thus my routine hahaha.

Pretty sure this it is not a general rule, people sensitivity it is not the same. But has any other fellow vaper experienced this Dry throat issue and what have you done in order to avoid it?

Menthols are frequently made heavy on the PG side because PG is a better flavor carrier than VG. Try mixing some plain VG with your menthols and see if that helps. If you just started vaping, your throat may be more sensitive to the burning of menthol than milder flavors. So it may also be helpful to rinse your mouth and do a little water gargle and spit to get rid of any residual PG/VG after you vape your menthols and before you go to bed. Cepecol sore throat spray might help at bedtime.
