I did think about this. I've got enough dead parts to use as templates. However, I'd need convincing the foam has no toxic properties.

DSE 901 Case?

I found an old (gay talk again) bodyshop travel case someone must of got it me for xmas
the one with a comb silly toothbrush ect.
Well all the stuff is out and my e-cig stuff in.
It looks well cool. my camera is packed or I would have posted a photo.

I will keep a ubs charger and my duracell battery in it. I should all my kit in a week or so so I post pick after my holiday.
I found a glasses case that looked perfect for holding my DSE901 and the bloody thing had a great big lump of plastic where the nose of the glasses sat so it was impossible to shove the 901 inside GRRR!!!
If you just want to carry the 901 and a couple batteries, and not EVERYthing you own, You could go to the local Smoke Shop/Cigar Store, I am sure they have plenty of Old Cigar cases with the screw tops that top end cigars come in, you might get them free even.
Some of the shops here have smoke rooms where people can test them, they most likely just throw out the casings.
Just a thought.
The best Idea is still to get a leather Cigarette pack case, and a piece of craft foam from the craft store.
Use something metal like a screwdriver, heat it with a propane torch, or candle flame, and make holes the size you need in the foam.
Its safer then the spray in kind of foam, and holds its shape/and holds together better. You should be able to make holes for a bottle of juice, a couple batteries and an atomizer or two. A lot of them have belt clips too.
They even have a place for a lighter on the outside normally, where a bottle of juice should fit fine.
They can be had for next to nothing and found at the Dollar/cheap stores.

Real nice idea with the PSP case. I think my PSP case will be perfect. I bought it at gamestop for about 5$, but I can't find the same one on the website anywhere. It's got a harder outershell, plenty of little pockets for things like atomizers.
If you're not into the DIY stuff, I suggest you go to a retail store like bestbuy or circuit city and take a look at all of their cases, from psp, nintendo ds, as well as cases for other electronics. It's probably going to be a lot cheaper than buying one specifically for the 901.
