saw these being compared by one of the approved suppliers, myPVshop.com. are these really better than the 901's like they claim?

Thak--the DSE901 is made by Sailebao and the RN4075 is made by First Union. Both are good. The RN4075 tends to run a little hotter with a slightly harder draw. So it is not a function really of which is "Better", but rather one of pure preferance. You will find Members that swear by one or the other and other Members that will take either one.
