Dual Coil 4-Channel Kayfun Clone Build

Just finished building a dual coil setup on a 4-channel kayfun clone, which turned out fantastic.



coils are 1/16" ID, 8 wraps of 30ga Kanthal. Total resistance came to 0.9Ω I was figuring it would be lower, but wasn't accounting for the longer legs associated with dual coiling it perhaps....



Wicked with CVS organic cotton balls. Tails were trimmed some more before juicing the cotton and installing the chimney.



Chimney installed with tails tucked into wells.



Vapes like a dream using a 50/50 blend of Ahlusion's House Blend on my fake Chi You with matching fake Chi You drip tip.

I am really glad you could get that kayfun 4-channel build deck to work well for you. I was happy to send it to you and am glad it went to a good 'home'.

I have one of the 4 channel kayfuns and i'm having a hard time getting it to work. single-coil though, i dont think i would want to go dual-coils as i've bought the kayfun to sit on a 18350 mod for on the go. have you tried using single coil only? if so, any tips you could shed some light on?
