Dual Coil 510 Chrome Tank - 5ml Question

I just got two of these in vapemail today. Quick question though, in each package there are these little round donut rubber things. I would not call them o-rings but there clearish white.

What are these for, its my first time using a tank and honestly just not sure...any ideas?

If they're attached to the opening of the top of the cartomizers then its nothing. You can just take them out and throw it away. Its a thick white rubber thing with a tiny hole in the center right?

They were not attached to anything just loose in the packaging. But yes they look just like that. Thanks
