Dual Coil Atomizer Question

Random question, is running a dual coil 1.5 ohm atomizer on my inferno battery (ego clone) the same as running the 1.5 ohm dual coil carto's that it came with? I ordered one to taste new juices with but have reservations about using it due to my lack of knowledge of ohms law. Will this be alright to use on this setup?

It is perfectly OK. A cartomizer is just an atomizer stuffed with filling, and ohms are ohms -- even if it were a totally different construction (a 1.5 ohm single coil for example) the battery can't tell the difference.
