The simplest way is as follows:

Step 1, pop the cap off
Step 2, Drip your liquid into the foam (NOT the hole in the middle) while rotating the carto so there's an even fill, when the liquid starts pooling at the top stop dripping, and dab the excess off with a paper towel/napkin.
Step 3, put the cap back on, wipe off the threaded end in case of overfill.
Step 4, vape!

Check out YouTube - ‪DoctorVapor's Channel‬‏ for a video tutorial :)

Hope that helped!

A couple more tips. When you drip the juice in the carto, tilt the carto and drip down the inside edge rather than directly on the filler material. Sorta like pouring a beer down the sides of a glass. Once you have it full with a drop coming out the battery end, place the carto between the palms of your hand and rub vigourously back and forth. This will spread the juice to all parts of the filler for an even spread.

I have an 510 and just ordered my first cartomizers as well. I should be recieving them in the mail soon and im excited to see the difference.

I always used Atty's but a poster said he liked boge 510 carts. I picked up a 5pack and they have worked really well.
I looked at the other posts on filling info and that has helped alot. I will make use both depending on where I'm vaping.

I usually drip using a lr atty and bought a pack of these dc cartomisers to use for convienience when out and about. I was dissapointed with their performance and level of satisfaction they offered me, having heard good things about them.

I just put this down to me being too used to dripping, however I filled them up by dripping juice on to the filler and also down the hole in the middle. After reading this thread im now wondering if filling them like this has effected their performance.

Any ideas if this may be the case? And have i ruined them by putting juice in the central hole?

I have some newly-purchased Boge 510 LR carts, and have dripped down the middle hole. Heck, the first time, I over-filled it and it was literally pouring out of the threaded end. A few others have posted to blow the juice out of the feed tube, and that seems to work fine, and no observed damage yet.

If there's more than blowing in the carto to clear the feed tube, please let me know. Newb mistakes, but learning more with each refill :)

What I typically do is the 'thermometer' method. I'll leave the battery thread rubber cap on the end and fill around the edges. Once the top is nice and juicy, I'll shake it like an old mercury thermometer to push the juice back down to the battery end. With the cap on that end, it won't leak out the end if you overdo it and splatter juice all over the place (yes I've done this before. :).

Blowing them out is not a problem if you get juice down the center tube. You'll know if you have when they either leak out the battery end, are hard to draw on or you hear a gurgling sound. That will definitely effect the performance. I usually drip on an LR also, and the dual coils are the first cartomizer that I've been at all satisfied with on an eGo.
