Hey I have a 4 prong haze deck and I am fairly new to this so not really sure what's going on. I made up my coils and started with one side using the skip a prong method to the positive and I fored it and turns my cool red so I did the same to the other side and now when I fire my battery says Lou which my manual says it does when battery needs charged but my battery is full. I follow a video just for the drip tip I had and I did exactly as they did in the video but it will not fire with two coils. I can't figure out if it's the battery or what

Regulated mods all have protection circuits built in, and will shut down if it sees too low a resistance. The value varies depending on the mod, but I agree with twgbonehead, what you've built is too low for your mod.

When building dual coils setups, keep in mind that they need to be darn near exactly the same value to work properly, and that when they are, the final resistance is half - so if you've built two 1 Ω coils, for example, the final value is 0.5Ω

I agree with these answers. First check your units specs and see how low of Ohms the battery can fire before it shuts off automatically. What device do you have? What Is the ohm reading of your coils? I do hope you have a ohm reader. You really need to always know the ohms of your builds. If you don't have a ohm reader you can get a good digital one with a 510 connection off Amazon. Com for really cheap. First see if the problem is too low of ohm limit. If that's not it there are other things it could be. But let us know if that was the problem so we know if you need farther help in troubleshooting your set up. Best wishes

You need to be using a 20A IMR or IMR/hybrid battery in your mod.

You also need do some homework. Understanding battery safety, Ohm's Law and amp draw and how they are interrelated is essential when you are rebuilding EVEN WHEN using a regulated mod.

If you are new to rebuildables I highly recommend you spend some time with Baditude (one of our resident battery experts) and visit his blogs. Baditudes Blogs.

BATTERIES

Battery Basics for Mods: IMR or Protected ICR?
* Another essential read to understand which batteries are safe to use in mechanical and regulated mods. Includes a frequently updated list of recommended safe-chemistry, high-drain batteries with their specifications.

Purple Efest Batteries not as Advertised
* A cautionary blog that reveals that the purple Efest batteries may not have the specifications advertised. Also includes a commentary on "continuous discharge ratings" vs "pulse discharge ratings" of battery specs.

OHM'S LAW

* My attempt at explaining Ohm's Law in layman terms and how it relates to vaping.

Explain it to the Dumb Noob: Ohm's Law Calculations
* As simple as it is to use, some people have a tough time grasping the concept. Warning: Includes graphic photos of mod explosions.

REBUILDABLES

Information Resources for Your First RBA
* An essential read and reference guide for someone new to rebuilding coils. Includes a multitude of useful links on battery safety, mod safety, coil meters, coil building, and the differences in the three types of RBA's.

BATTERIES - WHERE TO BUY

Only buy batteries from a reputable supplier (not ebay or Amazon) as there are many counterfeit batteries being sold. Here are several reputable battery suppliers in the US.

* RTD Vapor
* Illumination Supply
* Lighthound
* Orbtronics
