Dual LiPo packs or dual 18650? What gives longer vaping time?

Same size as the others. I think that is a standard size for the R/C folks. The hard side 1S batteries in the 4000 to 6000 mah range are all within a half mm of each other. I have several new boxes coming from fastech and maybe it will fit one of them.

This fine print is a not so subtle reminder to always read the fine print before signing anything.

Sorry man, couldn't help much. Btw which resettable fuse are you going to use for your DNA40 mod? I'm planning to build one using 3.7v 2400mah fit nicely in 1590A but not sure which fuse would work.

I actually have a tread asking this question. The only response I have says fuses aren't needed because of the reverse batt protection... anyone care to elaborate.

Mamu mention about fuse for DNA40 here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...appropriate-fuse-your-mod-6.html#post14337402

Now since the lipos come fused together (1s2p) we don't need to separate them and refuse each one do we?

I not sure about that since I don't have any lipo that comes together in parallel, sorry. Maybe someone else can answer this. For my DNA 30 build, I bought 2x 3.7v 1200mah off ebay then joint them together in parallel and each one positive wire soldered to 2x 3A fuse.

USE mini lipo connector. With a magnetic back you can still swap batt easily. I would love it if companies started making mods using RC Lipo's. It is beyond my comprehension that this is not already the norm. Space be damned, it is about the vape!
Traxxas had there own connector and there is another one that is standard for the other manufactures. They ate gold plated and adds very little resistance. These could be good for lipo mods

I am using four of these, to deal with the start up boost.

Like mentioned you can prolly use a mini lipo connector to swap lipo's easily. I am an RC heli hobbyist. I would hate to think of a lipo breaking down in a mod like it has in my heli's. I prefer 18650's vs lipo's in a mod for this reason.

I realize the loads the heli demands are higher than a mod maybe but the heli is up in the air away from my face. Hmmm wonder if I could mod a heli for 18650's......
