Dual ni200 question

So I got a dual 11 wrap .069Ω build to fit in my billow v2 nano. The vape is great but one thing has me a bit puzzled. With a single coil, I find my satisfying vape at around 500-515°F. With dual coils, it's just as satisfying at around 350°F. Why is this? Also the dc-dc temp limit seems to kick in waaaay slower with dual coils. But I'm assuming that's just due to the slightly increased ramp up time

Both builds were on the same device, my X Cube 2.

2X the coils, 2X the reflective heat off the chamber walls. 2 coils work more efficiently to heat an given surface area and space compared to just a single coil. 2X the mass needed to be heated, ramp up time will be 2X longer.
