This is ridiculous, I think I got 2 dud bvc coils in a 5 package, Idk if its the flavor or what because both coils started taste like charcoal on the same flavor, except for the fact that before I vape on a new coil I press the button for like 2 seconds and vape it when its brand new and dry to see if it has a flavor and sure enough instead of tasting like nothing it tasted like burnt charcoal. When it taste burnt the first time using it when its 100% dry does that mean the coil is a dud?

vaping isnt supposed to be stressful, its supposed to be relaxing and fun, you have a huge community of fellow vapers who will support and help you no matter what, and it will save you tons of money and it will prolong your life as opposed to smoking.
things will get better, just wait until you start dripping, flavor and vapor production is incomparable to what you are doing now.
if you want you could probably make a formal complaint to the manufacturer and they might give you something.

then why are you sad, you got three good coils, and five free ones, it will all work out, dont go back to smoking because of a bad manufacturer's error
Yeah 3 of them are good but theyre each dedicated to one flavor and there is only like 15ml a bottle left and Im going to buy 4 new bottles which means that the other 3 coils will have to be thrown out soon as well since you really cant wash these coils without water getting mixed in with the ejuice

I have been through 2 packs of bvc for the nauti and not had a bad one yet. That said when I install them I normally put juice in the tank and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. I have got bad cardos back in the day though. Now that is some nasty stuff.
you dont have to let it sit if you just prime it with a few puffs

In the actual directions when you get the nauti it tells you to let it sit. I do not remember the actual time it says but, I just follow the directions. I always am switching tanks so not a big deal for me either.
King are these name brand coils your buying or ebay not sure type of coils? I do not personally use ebay but I was in another city and needed stuff for my pro tank... well i went to a hole in the wall shop and got crap attys only 2/5 were good but that was last year. I am the essence of good luck when traveling.

Don't do that! These coils are not meant to be dry-burnt IMHO. You WILL burn the filler/wick, and it will taste horrible forever.

Firing the coil, any coil, and hitting it dry is going to taste awful. Fill the tank and let it sit for a few minutes. I've used (and re-used after washing) a bunch of BVCs so far. Letting them sit in a full tank for about five minutes has never, not once, resulted in a dry hit for me. No priming, no pre-filling the coil, nada. Fill and let sit.
