duel coil plastic cracking solution

I so love the Mega duel coil madvapes cartamizers.. The only bad thing is the cracking at the bottom. I myself don't care if it cracks, its when it leaks is what I hate..
This works for me so I thought I would share.........
Before I even use the cart I take a strip of clear (very important that its clear cause it bonds better) Scotch tape and tape around the bottom really tight.

I only use my carts on average 2-3 days then I throw them away due to it getting hard to draw from.
By using the tape before I use the cart I've never had one leak. Sure you'll still get the little cracks but it wont leak. I had one that had 13 tiny little cracks and never did leak.

You can always try the metal ones...But the taste is off and filling them is not nearly as measly done with the clears. Also the megas Burns way better and last a lot longer than the standard size. Trust me I've done a lot of testing..

Anyways .... Hope this helps and if anyone else has any ideas on how to make them last longer I would love to hear about it.. I know I've tried everything I could possibly think of ..

I rinse my DC's under low pressure hot water and let dry overnight, when putting together I use other end if one end is cracked.If both ends are cracked I put them in a 3ML syringe tube and just rinse every few days.

I find the wadding that's wrapped around the actual coils themselves get burnt after awhile. I tried some fireproof material at work.. but that was nasty.. If we could replace that, these DC would last a lot longer..

I've done the rinsing thing,but my issue is the burnt taste the wadding is putting out that causes me to trash them. I buy 16 DC about every 3-4 weeks. Wish I could double the life if them. Seems such a waste to toss out a good working cart..

I just buy metal Mega .... will have to try a clear again and see if I notice a taste difference though!

I would toss in them in a bag and when you find some wadding that works good you have all those Dc's. There has to be something you can get to replace the burnt one ?

My clears have been lasting me 1-2 weeks before I clean, then last another couple of days....now some crack after a few days and some don't at all and I use mine exclusively at 5-6v.The ones that start cracking after a few days usally only small cracks still very usable,once they start leaking bad I toss.Wanted to add I rotate through 3 cartos a day,never just use same 1 all day.
