Dulce de Leche Recipe Help

Any good recipes for TPA Dulce de Leche flavoring ? I was thinking maybe DDL, Graham Cracker, Marshmellow and maybe Caramel ? not really sure what to do with my Dulce de Leche.

chai tea or clove in small amounts works well with the dulce

Might have to give the clove a try. As for chai tea, not a fan of chai.
