I've been real cig free for about 4 months now. I have found I puff much more on my e-cig than the real cig. However, I'm down to almost no nicotine at all. When I tried to give up real cigs in the past, the main problem I had was the hand to mouth activity, and so I replaced it with food and gained weight. I've lost a couple pounds since I've been e-smoking because I know I've been e-smoking rather than eating as much.

Texas - I think I see what you're trying to measure but your question may not deliver the responses you need. If you want to know how many people have given up (totally, mostly (less than 50% of previous consumption, partially (between 0 to 50% less) and not at all then this is what you should ask. Perhaps this isn't what you are wanting to know and just want to know how long people have had their e-devices. If so, sorry to ....-in, I'll go back to my corner and continue muttering about having waited weeks for delivery! ;)
