try flavorconcentrate. Chris carries small bottles of flavoring from all the flavoring vendors and basic DIY supplies. Its a good place to start and his customer service is great too. Good luck on your DIY journey! :)

Looks like many of their flavors are either TPA or Lorann's.

+1 for what zoiDman said.....
Things I have learned about DIY
Use ml for measurement not drops, to be able to replicate recipes.
Steeping makes a difference in the final e-liquid flavor (1-2 weeks)
make small (3ml)bottles for the 1st try at a new flavor..skip the nicotine untill you perfect your recipe.
DIY isn't cheap to start with!!!You will always find a recipe that sounds great but you're missing that one flavor to make it.
Try to buy in bulk and find someone to split it with..saves on flavor and shipping costs.
My favorite vendor for most DIY is OneStopDIY ie., measuring equipment & TFA flavors and great service!
e-cig express for Flavour Art flavorings

I won't start the debate about drops. It has been done in other threads.

But if you're going to do ml, get a 10ml Graduated Cylinder and learn how to make a "Ladder".
