I am curious as to anyone's shopping experience at these sites, which appear to come from the same source. I tried looking up the e-liq IP, and found it to be e-cig.
I went and placed an order yesterday at e-liq.com. I did call their California 909 number, and got a warm body on the other side, regarding one question I had about a product. That gave me more confidence about it, so I placed my order.
Since then, I have tried both the online and telephone methods of contact, and they don't answer the phone, and have not responded to my online message. I am curious as to why, today, the order I placed is still in "processing". The items I ordered were listed as in stock. I'm not getting a warm fuzzy about customer service at this point.
I know I'm moving fairly quickly, but I'm trying to make the switch to vaping since I'm still smoking 30 cigs a day, and it's not doing me any good.
