Didn't see this posted yet, but if it was forgive me :)

I thought this was a pretty well written article. I found most of the information in the article to be fairly accurate. Unfortunately at those prices I won't be buying any vaping supplies from Vaprorium.

It looks like Pierce County is still deciding what resrictions they are going to impose on e-cigs. If it's anywhere near what King County pushed through, I hope they give us a little more warning before they vote. I'd like to be able to attend this hearing when it comes around.

Good article. Left this comment:

Indoor smoking bans are supposed to be about clean air, not about targeting a group of people as pariahs. Study after study has found nothing harmful in exhaled vapor.

The FDA refuses to use the powers authorized by the 2009 tobacco Act to regulate electronic cigarettes as a safer alternative to smoking. Under the Tobacco Act the FDA can establish standards for contents, manufacturing, labeling, packaging, and marketing. Instead, the FDA continues to insist these are unapproved pharmaceutical products and to waste taxpayer money fighting a losing battle through the Federal Court system.
