Baaboo, very few places sell prefilled cartomisers these days, as most folk prefer to fill their own. You will be lucky to find anywhere in the UK with a good choice of prefilled carto flavours.

I know you siad he wont want to mess about filling, but just to let you know that the cartos you get with the SD kit can be refilled with juice several times over. Oh & vape escapes Grizwald juices are some of my faves

I'm sorry, I don't have any knowledge or experience with Echomisers. I only use single coil Boge cartos with my PVs.

juice things sound so complicatesd..so many flavors .. filling them and then the level of nicotine.
I even wouldn`t know what and how to choose.

I think that giving an e-cig as a gift is a wonderful idea. I wish I had been given one way before I bought one although wanting one helped me drop the analogs after 3 weeks. Had I been given one, well, I don't know what the results would have been. Either way, it's a wonderful idea and a wonderful gift. I hope the results end up to your liking.
