There are five areas the city is targeting ... They are Peace Plaza, the public library, the Mayo campus, Riverside concerts by the Civic Center, and the city bus shelters.
... at the next meeting, the library e-cigarette will go into effect if passed, and it will take yet a third meeting to enact the ban in the remaining areas.
