I noticed awhile ago when I ordered a couple spare atomizers, I was lucky that I was not in Maine or Oregon or I couldnt have ordered them. I have seen a post from a soldier on here, how he cant go back to his home of New York and vapor legally pretty soon. As a veteran, That makes me sad.
There were many politicians that didnt get voted back in during last election even though they had been politicians for all their lives. Seems some more of them need voted out and any new ones that dont believe in our rights, need to be ousted.
Write all government officials in your political chain and advice them that you respect our constitution and deserve your rights as a legal U.S. citizen. Let them know that non tobacco electronic cigarettes have done way more good than bad and that they will lose your vote if they prefer the socialist way.
Somebody else mentioned that they were getting stern on the chinese imports..lol. Heck, if that was the case, we wouldnt have anything in our stores to buy due to our own governments (not so) fair trade agreements. Ninty percent of our flu shot serum comes from China. Isnt that kind of scary and maybe dangerous? Guess not to our government but the e cigs are a bad deal they think.
Its quite apparent that its a loss of money to big tobacco and less taxs coming in to states due to it. Mostlickly states that are in bad shape due to their own local governments big government/big spending. Seems to me that this would be the best time for phillip morris, winston/salem. and others to market their own American made e liquid and vaporing devices. Just because its not smoking tobacco doesnt mean big tobacco company cant do. The toy company Mattel makes or did make the plastic .... and stocks of M-16's.

I don't see how any state ban could stop someone from ordering supplies online from another state. New York might ban e-cigs, but I seriously doubt that will stop people from vaping. All it will do is stop people from buying or selling e-cigs in that state. It's unfortunate for those vendors in NYS and it isn't right. All they will be doing is forcing some really good people out of business and making all the vapers who live there order online. Oh, but guess what? Most of them probably all ready do that! The laws in NYS do not affect other states.

The biggest threat is the FDA, and they're the reason NYS wants a ban. The FDA won't make a declaration that e-cigs are a safer alternative and continue to disseminate false info and propaganda against them. They continue to intercept shipments from China, even though they've been court ordered to stop! The only thing that has the potential to make them stop and promote e-cigs in a positive light is US, the vapers!

no, they are not part of a ban, that would decrease their income. thats a crazy question.

No, I mean are they a part of (or made by) one of the companies that was banned from doing business in Oregon? I think it was njoy and smoke everywhere, not sure. Plus I know these companies make a variety of e-cig labels.

if somebody refuses money from a certain state, there must me a reason. I thought the oregon thing was weird. cant you grow a couple joints there?

Yeah, I think so. We also have assisted suicide here. They were banned for false advertising and bad business practices -- something like that anyway...
