e cig coil not staying screwed into the base of mini protank 2

I have a Vision Spinner with a KangerTech mini protank 2 and when I go to refill my tank with e juice the coil is always unscrewed from the base. I have two mini protank 2 tanks and the same problem with both. They still work but should this be happening?

Yeah, I've had that happen accidently when unscrewing to refill. Just try to get in the habit of checking each time to make sure it's tight enough into the base before you put it back onto your refilled tank.

Mine does the same thing. I just tighten it before I put the base back on.

I have some of those.. exactly like that.
I also notice the coil is sometimes loose when I refill.. I always check it now.
I have 4 of those.. I've noticed loose coils on all of them.. I figured it was something I'm doing wrong.

I always just tighten it down again and fill it up. works fine.
I suspect they come loose when opening them up because I know that they were tight when I closed them.

They would seriously leak if they were closed up with loose coils though.
Mine don't leak so they must be coming loose when I open them to refill.
