E cig law status

Would anyone be able to give me an update in short about the current status of e cig law in the U.S. Also I heard the UK banned e cigs? Any info would be cool.

For the US, there is a September rehearing between SE/njoy and FDA. If Leon's decision is reversed, we will be in some trouble and FDA will be able to stop import of devices and juice. Sign the petition at http://www.ecigssavelives.info to help.

Municipalities can still ban, but the FDA is blocked for now. It'll be in appellate court in a few months, so we'll see.
