I would haphazard a guess and say you're using 12mg or lower nic. Most new users who feel that vaping is not helping start off too low. If after increasing the nic,and it still doesn't help, then you might want to take a look at WTA juice. But that's not within my experience and you'll get better information from the main forum.

I'm also assuming that your coils are not gunked up.

here & now
I'm only 1 month into this so others may advise you better, but since you already took that 1st step to switch, hang in there man & try different nic levels/flavours and different gears to see what setup satisfy you best. I started off with ce5 & x6, then found PT2 more satisfying than ce5. Now I'm trying rda with cotton & its nic+flavour delivery satisfy me more than the previous 2 toppers.

Take your time to trial & error. Even if you do get back to analogs momentarily, at least you know you've already cut back for 3 weeks. It's ultimately all about reduction. :D

oh ya talking abt it, noticed my coils looked sticky... could it be the cause?
had tried to reduce the nic content by trial n error with VG, flavoring, sweetener etc, maybe i mess up? lol
did use the "dry burn" cleaning method but still looks the same.
btw, am on the original 24mg juice now.

Its all about finding the g spot, me thinks.

I tried 24mg, cannot chain vape to replace chain smoking habit, cut to 18mg, still not very shiok... now using 9-12mg juices with my pv hanging from my mouth constantly when i'm on comp... wash and sealed my ash tray for good. :vapor:

Now only smoke analogs when outside... taste horrible. But need nic. :(

Did your coils glow red when dry burning?

Are your wicks gunked up too? You can dry burn until the cows come home, but if the wicks are gunked up, it isn't going to help. We need to know what kind of delivery system you're using to give you more specific help. Ce5, kanger clearos, protank,.....?

correction-its the wicks (white strings?) not coil that look sticky, my bad
didn't dry burn too long, stop when there is burnt smell

??? From your answer, it seems you didn't rinse after dry burning. The wicks shouldn't look sticky after rinsing and drying. Anyway, after 3 weeks, the wicks are probably fraying.

If that is your only delivery system and you really need to "resurrect" it, a soak in vodka overnight MIGHT do it. If you would rather drink the vodka instead, vinegar will also do the trick. BUT, some people may be more sensitive to the taste/smell and you may be able to taste it on the next tank.

ALWAYS RINSE AFTER DRY BURNING OR SOAKING IN vinegar. You can't go wrong with too many rinses.
