E-cig on cable !

To make a long story short I watch 2 commericals on suddenlink cable advertising e cig by the (electric cigarette company) I think it was.

Anyways this is the first I have ever seen a commerical on reg. cable.

All I hear is the smoke assassin commercial on Sirius like 100 times a day.

Man, I am so tired of those Smoke Assassin commercials... Most every time someone sees my 510, they say "Yeah, I've been thinking of getting one of those for <insert smoking loved one here>. I hear those commercials on the radio, all the time."

Of course I have to explain why they should not buy the Smoke Assassin, and that it doesn't have nicotine, and that the carts are priced outrageously. Then I suggest they visit the e-cigarette-forum.

I've seen a couple of late night e-cig commercials, but they didn't look like quality products... they looked like the 10 dollar dealxtreme e-cigs for 8 times the price...

If I get one more, unhappy phone call from a Smoke Assassin customer I am going to freak out. Seriously. They must not be putting ANY contact information on their packing slips. It's almost ridiculous.

Then to have to explain to these poor people that I am not that company... and no, there is more than one electronic cigarette supplier...

Between them and SE's new free trial... I spend more time on customer service, helping their customers figure out who they ordered from, then I have to on my own. Blah!

And their commercials are pretty ballsy.

if they are ruled as tobacco products, whould they need to follow the same laws as cigarettes do and not be allow to advertise on tv?
