I have got not much comment regarding this. As the reports and researchers are done by the US. I m not familiar with all the Federal Laws. But I know banning E-cig is a very stupid thing to do. People who dont really understand how an E-cig works are coming out claiming all the disadvantage and harmfulness of it. But why nobody cry stop on sale on cigarettes? I m not familiar with politics and economics too but I guess.. its just my guess banning e-cig got something to do with this. So what do i know? :)

"Nicotine itself is like caffeine, it is not harmful" This statement is almost always there in any research.

I can understand banning PV or e-cig due to the risk of using illegal, unsafe liquids. That can be toxic, acidic, dangerous (insert any negative terms). Health is at risk in such episode. BUT, much like everything else, there are bound to be ...... that will screw things up!

Control entry to casinos doesn't curb the problem gamblers. They'll still screw up. Likewise to this.

My take, certify the liquid suppliers to minimize consumers' health risk. But of cos, that's literally ending profit in tobacco products.

My analogues were cut down by half per day at least. Sometimes, a pack of 20s will be able to last me even 3 days. For the first time, my wife and son did not complain about my smoking... hooray. Haha, don't need to get 'chased away' by my son as I had always make sure that the 2nd smoke does not reach him.

According to Wikipedia, it is not allowed is because it will encourage women and children to pick up smoking ?????? Good enough reason? You decide.

Anyone have the amount of tax collected for tobacco each year?

Quote: "The U.S. Food and Drug Administration lacks the authority to regulate electronic cigarettes as drugs or devices, the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. said, and can only regulate e-cigarettes as a tobacco product. "

I don't think it will make them to learn Smoking but it will give smokers a 2nd Chance to Quit Smoking easily.
If one is thinking to smoke, He/She will not even wanted to Buy a $100 device to learn Smoking.

BTW Vaping is not Smoking.
thats why its not legalised mahz... i still find it lame to not legalised it because it will attracts new smokers.
