I am Vietnamese and Im living in Malaysia, I go back VietNam every 2-3 months. For your information, definitely you can vape at the public place with your confidence. Hard to see some one vaping in vietnam but it is allowed as smoking is very popular.

About the customs, sure there is no issue with them if you keep your things in the luggage (dont keep in your hand bag), don't bring more than 200ml liquid to avoid attention of the customs. less than 200ml is allowed just like perfume.

Here is some website you can buy in Vietnam, just call them, they will bring to your door.

Vaping is catching on. It's helping a lot of people quit the analog stuff and i am speaking first hand.

well they have tons of shisha/hookah lounges. So why not a Vaping lounge. The only thing is vaping is fine but acquiring the products is gray area right now. Especially, Eliquid containing nicotine.

Update! As you can see, I had no problem. In fact I have introduced 3 new people to Vaping. I think opening a small vape store in Hanoi would be good business as MANY people were interested and fascinated with my ecigs.

It looks like most people are ordering from Health Cabin for better gear but there does seem to be some lesser quality stuff available locally. See if you can find something at one of the places mentioned in this thread from some sort of local Hanoi board. The info is four months old.

Did you try the last link? They seem to have Liqua in stock. There is a hotline number on the right if the home page.
